Sheryl-Underwood
Sheryl Underwood, an American television personality and comedian, is most well-known as presenter on The Talk, a popular talk show broadcast on daytime television. Sheryl was born in Arkansas and grew up within Little Rock, Atwater, and Atwater. Sheryl lives in a family that is turbulent. Sheryl was a part of her childhood helping her younger sister Frankie with polio. As a child, her relationship with mother was rocky. Sheryl claims that her mom was once brutally stabbed by her father for getting too close. Following her college graduation Sheryl was a soldier in the military. Her passion was comedy. She was the sole female who made it to the 1989 contest Miller Lite Comedy Search. In 1992, she made her TV debut with regular appearances on the HBO show Def Comedy Jam. She also appeared in 2000 as host of the T.V. program Oh Drama! She has appeared as a host on The Talk since 2011. She's been in many fictional shows such as Bulworth Nikki, Beauty Shop and others.
